The accommodation price given is based on 4 people renting the house in low-season. A small supplement is charged for between 5 - 8 people.

Most flights to Fuerteventura are on a Wednesday but more and more airlines now have flights arriving on other days so we are able to offer a flexible changeover day which fits in with your flights.

If the booking is for more than one week we supply a change of bed linen and towels at the end of your first week. The house is cleaned ready for your occupation and the rental price includes all electricity and linen etc. You may occupy the house from 3.00 p.m. on the day of your arrival and we ask that you depart by 10.00 a.m. on the morning of your departure. If there are no new guests arriving on the day of your departure and you have a late flight we can usually arrange for you to stay in the house until later.

To secure a booking we ask for a deposit of £35 per person and the balance 8 weeks priors to arrival in the house.

Other services can be arranged on request e.g. grocery welcome pack, cot and highchair rental.
