| Our 3 storey house is brand new and part of an up-market development
of similar properties which share a superb communal swimming
pool and are surrounded by landscaped gardens.
The accommodation is furnished to a high standard throughout
and is on three levels. The ground level has a garage (ideal
if you are hiring a car) and a twin bedroom with en-suite
shower room.
 Stairs
lead to the main level which has a spacious lounge, separate
cloakroom with w.c. and handbasin, kitchen and dining area.
The lounge has a sofabed which means we can then accommodate
up to 8 people. For your comfort there are ceiling fans in
all the living areas and bedrooms. The lounge has a TV, CD
player and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with
4 ring hob, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle,
toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Patio doors
open from the breakfast area to the small private garden which
overlooks the pool.
Stairs lead from the lounge to the top level which has 2
bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double
bed and the other has twin beds. They share a full bathroom
with bath, bidet, sink and wc. Both these bedrooms have fitted
wardrobes and a hairdryer is supplied for your convenience.
There is also a safe for your valuables. Each bedroom has
a small balcony with chairs leading from it.
